Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required when booking the room. The 50% deposit will serve as a cancellation fee if reservation is not cancelled at least 3 days prior to arrival.
House Rules
CHECK IN time is at 2:00 PM and CHECK OUT time is at 12:00 noon.
No visitors are allowed to stay overnight without asking permission from the management.
SMOKING in hotel rooms, restaurant, hallway and reception hall is prohibited. Violation of the prohibition is subject to a fine of Php1, 000.00.
NO SPITTING on the floor or trashcans.
Throw your garbage in the trash can provided.
Do not leave your valuables unattended. We are not responsible for any loss.
TURN OFF the lights, aircon, and water when not in use.
NO WASHING AND IRONING OF CLOTHES IN THE ROOM. Laundry service is available for a fee.
Preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliance is PROHIBITED.
Guests are liable for any damage to the hotel’s property, regardless of whether it was caused by a deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of the guests during their stay.
If you like something enough to want to take it home with you, such as towels, pillows or blankets, you are allowed to do so, but there will be a corresponding fee. We give you the option of purchasing the products you want. Please approach the Front Desk for assistance.
LEAVE YOUR KEY AT THE COUNTER before checking out and every time you leave. A Php 500.00 is charged for the loss of a room key.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
Outside food and drinks are NOT ALLOWED in the restaurant.
Lost and found items are held for 7-10 days while we attempt to contact the guest. Unclaimed items will be disposed of accordingly.
